Pet Supplies Wholesale for Southeast Asia
Singapore · Malaysia · Indonesia · Thailand · Philippines · Vietnam
Southeast Asia is the fastest-growing pet retail region and the one where a Chinese supplier has a genuine freight advantage: three to seven days by sea to Singapore and Port Klang, and short air legs to Jakarta and Manila. We supply retailers and distributors in the region from 300 pieces per SKU, with documents prepared for each national import regime, including the Indonesian SNI and BPOM questions that stop most first shipments.

Import rules that catch people out
- ›Indonesia: electronic and electrical goods may require SNI marking; pet food and some consumables fall under BPOM. Confirm before the order, not after.
- ›Thailand: the Thai FDA regulates some pet health products; standard toys and hardware do not require it.
- ›Vietnam: cosmetics and shampoos need a publication notice; pet accessories do not.
- ›Philippines: Bureau of Customs requires a consolidated shipment to name a single consignee.
- ›Singapore: no special permit for most pet accessories, but electrical goods need the Safety Mark for certain adapters.
Freight and consolidation
A 20-foot container from Shenzhen to Singapore takes 4 to 6 days; to Port Klang 5 to 7; to Jakarta 7 to 10; to Manila 5 to 8. LCL is viable from 2 cubic metres, which is roughly 300 sewn goods or 200 feeders.
For multi-country distributors, we can split a single production run into two shipments against two sets of documents, which keeps the unit price at the consolidated volume while landing goods where they are needed.
Labels and manuals
English is acceptable in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. Indonesia and Thailand retail chains usually want a local-language label, and Vietnam increasingly does as well. We print bilingual cartons and manuals in up to eight languages, with a minimum of 1,000 units per language to justify the print run.
Where a market requires an importer name and address on the pack, we print it — that is a compliance item, not a design choice.
Questions from regional buyers
What is the MOQ for a Southeast Asian retailer? +
300 pieces per SKU, mixing sizes or colours within that quantity. For a first order, two or three SKUs in a single LCL shipment is the usual structure.
How long does shipping to Singapore take? +
Four to six days port to port by sea, or two to three days by air for electronics. Door-to-door with clearance is typically seven to ten days.
Do you handle Indonesian import requirements? +
We prepare the documents and tell you which categories may need SNI or BPOM, but the registration is held by your Indonesian importer. We will not ship a category that needs a permit without confirming that the permit exists.
Can you print labels in Malay, Thai or Vietnamese? +
Yes, in up to eight languages, with a minimum of 1,000 units per language. Bilingual cartons (English plus local) are the usual compromise for a regional distributor.
Do you ship to multiple countries from one order? +
Yes. We can split a single production run into separate shipments with separate documents, which keeps the consolidated unit price while landing goods in each market.
