Automatic Feeders, Microchip Feeders & Bowls
App-controlled · Portion accuracy · Dual power · BPA-free
We source programmable and app-controlled feeders from 2 to 6 litres, microchip-reading feeders for multi-cat homes, and the bowls that sit underneath them. Portion accuracy on the better mechanisms is ±2 g, and the drive train is the part that decides whether the unit survives a year of daily cycling. MOQ starts at 300 pieces for bowls and 500 for electronic feeders.
A feeder fails in one of three ways: the auger jams on irregular kibble, the battery dies and the schedule is lost, or the app stops talking to the cloud. Each of those is a design decision, and each can be tested before you place an order.
Ask for the kibble test: a run of 500 consecutive dispenses across three kibble sizes (8 mm, 12 mm and 15 mm diameter) with the weight of every portion logged. A factory that cannot produce that log has not tested its own mechanism. We require it before a private-label run, and we pass the log to the buyer.

Frequently asked questions
What is the MOQ for a private-label automatic feeder? +
500 pieces on a stock model with your logo and packaging, 1,000 if you want a custom colour and your own app skin, and 2,000 for a new enclosure because of tooling.
How accurate is portion control? +
The better auger and wheel mechanisms hold ±2 g per portion on 8–12 mm kibble. Above 15 mm, or with very light kibble, variation grows to ±5 g. Ask for the 500-dispense weight log for the exact model you are considering.
What happens when the power fails? +
Units with a battery backup keep the schedule and dispense from the battery. Units without one stop. We insist on dual power for any model sold in a market where outages are routine, and it adds about US$1.20 to the unit cost.
Can the feeder work with wet food? +
Not with an auger. Wet food needs a compartment wheel with sealed lids and, in hot climates, an ice pack in the base. Those units are usually 2–6 compartments and cannot dispense more than one day at a time.
Do you supply the food-safe certificates for the hopper? +
Yes. We provide the FDA 21 CFR or EU 10/2011 food-contact declaration for the hopper, bowl and chute, and the migration test report behind it. If a supplier cannot produce that document, the plastic is not food-grade whatever the catalogue says.
