GPS Pet Trackers & Activity Monitors
4G LTE · BLE · Wi-Fi positioning · IP67
We supply 4G LTE, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi-assisted pet trackers from Shenzhen and Dongguan factories, in the 500 to 8,000 unit range per model. A typical unit weighs 28–45 g, runs 5–10 days between charges, is IP67 rated, and ships with CE RED and FCC documentation. Private label covers the enclosure colour, the app skin, the box and the manual, not just a sticker.
Pet trackers are consumer electronics with a subscription business attached, and most buyers underestimate the second part. The hardware is the easy half: a GNSS module, a cellular modem, an accelerometer and a battery in a sealed case. The hard half is the platform the collar talks to, the app the customer installs, and who pays for the SIM data every month.
We work with three platform models so the choice is explicit rather than discovered after launch. You can run on the factory platform with your brand on the app, which is fastest and cheapest; you can run on a white-label platform you control, which costs more but keeps the subscriber; or you can integrate the device into your own backend through an API, which most established retailers eventually do.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for a private-label GPS tracker? +
500 units for a stock model with your logo on the box and manual, and 1,000 for a custom shell colour with your brand on the app. A new enclosure needs 3,000 units because of tooling.
Do I need my own app and server? +
No, but you should decide who owns the subscriber. Running on the factory platform with your branding is the cheapest route and takes about two weeks to set up. A white-label platform you control costs more but keeps the customer relationship and the subscription revenue with you.
How accurate are the trackers in a city? +
GNSS alone gives 3–10 m under open sky and 15–30 m between buildings. Models that combine Wi-Fi positioning and cell-tower fallback stay usable indoors and in dense streets, at a small cost in battery life.
Who pays for the SIM card and data? +
The end customer, through the subscription. We supply devices with a pre-installed eSIM tied to the platform, or with a SIM slot so you can contract your own MVNO. The second option costs about US$1.50 more per unit and gives you the recurring revenue.
Can you ship trackers by air with the battery installed? +
Yes, with a UN38.3 test summary, an MSDS and a Class 9 declaration. Some airlines require the battery at 30% state of charge. We prepare the paperwork; the freight forwarder confirms what your route accepts.
