This page identifies who operates zhixiaoyi.com and sets out the rules that apply to the information published on it. It is written to be read by a buyer, not only by a lawyer: the points that matter commercially are the ones about certification claims, what a quotation does and does not promise, and where responsibility sits between an exporter and an importer.
Who operates this site
We are a business-to-business supplier. Nothing on this site is addressed to consumers, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance by a consumer.
zhixiaoyi.com is operated by ZXY Sourcing, a pet product supply chain business based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We source and consolidate pet products for importers, distributors and retail chains outside China.

What this site is, and what it is not
The site is a catalogue and an enquiry channel. It describes the categories we supply, the specifications we can meet and the way we work. It is information, not a binding offer.
A contract exists only when we have issued a written quotation for specific products, the buyer has accepted it in writing, and a deposit has been received where the order is substantial. Prices, stock levels, minimum order quantities and lead times discussed before that point are indicative and change with the market.
Prices, MOQ and quotations
Prices are quoted per enquiry and depend on specification, quantity, packaging and Incoterm. A price given in an email is valid for the period stated in that email and no longer; where no period is stated, 15 days.
Minimum order quantities shown on category pages are indicative for a stock configuration. A colour change, a custom carton or a tooling change raises the minimum, and the quotation states which applies.
Product claims and certifications
Where this site mentions a standard — EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, LFGB, FDA food contact, OEKO-TEX, UN38.3 — the standard applies to the specific model and configuration that has been tested. A certificate for one model is not a certificate for another, and a change of material, module or supplier invalidates it.
It is the importer responsibility to confirm that a product, its marking and its documentation meet the rules of the destination market before it is placed on sale. We supply the reports and declarations we hold, and we tell you when a report is missing. We do not warrant that a product is approved for sale in a jurisdiction we have not tested it for.
We do not produce counterfeit goods, and we do not label aftermarket product as original equipment. Private label exists so a distributor can sell its own brand, not so another brand can be imitated.
Photographs, specifications and samples
Photographs on this site are representative of the category, not a contractual description of the goods you will receive. Colour reproduction varies by screen and by production batch. Where colour matters, a physical sample is the only reference that counts.
Dimensions and weights on category pages are nominal. A tolerance of plus or minus five percent is normal in moulded and sewn goods, and the quotation states the tolerance where it is tighter.
Warranty and product liability
The warranty that applies to a shipment is the one written in the sales contract or on the quotation for that shipment. Where no warranty is stated, the statutory position applies and no additional warranty is given.
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of market, wasted labour, recalls or consequential loss arising from a product, except where the law does not allow that exclusion. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned.
Defects must be reported before the goods are resold or fitted where possible, with photographs and the carton or batch reference, so the claim can be traced to a production run.
Batteries, electronics and connected devices
Products containing lithium batteries are shipped under UN38.3 documentation. Transport regulations for lithium cells differ between air and sea, and between carriers. The importer is responsible for confirming that the route and the packaging are accepted.
Connected devices — feeders, cameras, trackers — depend on a mobile app and, for some functions, a cloud service. We describe what the device does at the time of quotation. A platform change or a third-party service withdrawal after delivery is outside our control and is not a defect in the goods.
Export, import and sanctions
The buyer is responsible for complying with the import rules of the destination country, including customs classification, duties, product safety marking, registration and any category-specific permit. We provide the export documentation for the goods we ship.
We do not ship to parties subject to trade sanctions, and we do not supply goods for prohibited end uses. Orders are screened before production; if a shipment cannot proceed on those grounds, the order is cancelled and any payment received is returned.
Copyright in this site
The text, structure, tables and page design on this site belong to ZXY Sourcing and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and quote short extracts with a link back to the page; you may not republish substantial parts, mirror the catalogue, or use the content to populate a competing commercial database without written permission.
Product photographs supplied by our own warehouse may be reused by a buyer for its own catalogue and webshop once that buyer has ordered the products shown. Photographs that came from a manufacturer remain subject to that party's rights.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to another site — a map, a messaging service, a standards body — the link is offered for convenience. We do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy, or what it does with your data.
Limitation of liability for the site itself
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that every page will load, or that the catalogue is free of typographical error. Where a description on the site conflicts with a written quotation or the sales contract, the quotation and the contract govern.
We are not liable for loss caused by a third party interfering with the site, by a hosting failure, or by a buyer relying on superseded information that we have already replaced.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from the use of this site are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Shenzhen have jurisdiction, and the parties may agree to arbitration through CIETAC instead.
Where a mandatory rule of the buyer's own jurisdiction gives the buyer a protection that cannot be waived, that rule prevails over this clause to the extent of the conflict.
Reporting a problem, and changes to this notice
For a legal notice, a trademark complaint, a copyright complaint or a request to correct information on the site, write to [email protected] with the page URL and the specific text or image concerned. We acknowledge within two working days and act within five where the complaint is substantiated.
The date at the top of this page changes when the notice changes. Material changes apply from the date shown and do not alter the terms of a contract already concluded.
Frequently asked questions
Are the certifications on this site valid for my market? +
They are valid for the model and configuration tested. Whether that satisfies your market is a separate question: CE is not UKCA, FCC is not CE, and a Chinese GB report satisfies neither. Tell us the destination and we will say which document applies.
Is the product photo what I will receive? +
It represents the category. Colour varies by screen and by production batch, and small design changes happen between runs. Where colour or finish matters, approve a physical sample before the order is placed.
Who is responsible for import compliance? +
The importer. We provide the export documents, the test reports we hold and an honest statement when a report is missing. Registration, marking and permits in the destination market sit with the importer of record.
Which law governs a dispute? +
The laws of the People Republic of China, with the courts of Shenzhen having jurisdiction, or CIETAC arbitration if both parties agree. A mandatory protection in your own jurisdiction is not waived by this clause.
