Carriers, Car Seats, Strollers & Apparel

Airline compliant · Car seats · Strollers · Seasonal

Travel and apparel is sewn goods with a compliance layer: an airline-compliant carrier has to meet a size rule that differs by airline, a car seat has to survive a crash test claim, and apparel sold in the EU has to meet textile labelling and chemical rules. We supply soft-sided carriers, backpacks, hard cases, booster car seats, strollers and a full seasonal apparel range. MOQ is 300 pieces per style.

The airline claim is the trap. "Airline approved" is not a certification; each airline publishes its own cabin dimensions, and a carrier that fits one may fail another. The honest approach is to publish the exact dimensions and say which airlines the size fits, and let the customer check before flying.

For car seats, be careful with the word tested. A booster that positions the vehicle belt is a restraint accessory, not a certified child seat, and the language on the box matters. We supply belt-positioning boosters with a stated test standard and will not print "crash tested" without the report behind it.

What can be customised

  • ✓Fabric, lining and webbing colour; logo embroidery or rubber patch.
  • ✓Size adjustments within the existing pattern without new tooling.
  • ✓Fibre composition and care labelling per market.
  • ✓Retail packaging: polybag, hang tag, or a recycled paper sleeve.
  • ✓Seasonal colourways and a carry-over core range.

Certification and testing

  • §Textile labelling to EU 1007/2011: fibre composition in descending order.
  • §OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on fabrics where skin contact is continuous.
  • §REACH SVHC, azo dyes and formaldehyde; Proposition 65 for the US.
  • §Zip and small-parts security test for carriers.
  • §Stated test standard and report for any car seat or restraint claim.

Reports are issued per model and per material. A certificate for a similar product does not cover a different mould, module or fabric.

Frequently asked questions

Can you make an airline-approved carrier? +

There is no single airline approval. Each airline sets its own cabin dimensions, so we build to a published size and print the exact dimensions on the product page and the hang tag. That is more useful to the customer than the phrase airline approved.

What is the MOQ for pet apparel? +

300 pieces per style, with a full size run from S to XXL inside that quantity. New patterns need 500 and about two extra weeks for sampling.

Do you supply car seats with a test report? +

Yes for belt-positioning boosters, with the standard stated and the report supplied. We will not print crash tested on packaging without a report for that exact model — the claim is a liability, not a marketing line.

Which textile certificates should I ask for? +

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on fabrics with continuous skin contact, plus REACH SVHC and azo dye testing. For the US, a Proposition 65 statement. Fibre composition labelling is mandatory in the EU and is often wrong on cheap imports.

How do seasonal ranges work? +

We sample in February for autumn delivery and in August for spring. A carry-over core in black, grey and navy keeps the shelf full while the seasonal colourway does the selling.
